Extra year in Restaurant desserts

 
 Objectives of the training course:

- To become a qualified cook in restaurant pastries.
- The successful candidate will obtain a training certificate "Mention Complémentaire Cuisinier en Desserts de Restaurant".

Conditions :
- Holding a CAP in cooking and being motivated for an extra year sandwich course.

Duration of the course:
- A 1-year course of 480 hours at the school (4 days a week, 1 week out of 2).
- Beginning of the course : mid-September.
 
Contents:
Professional supjects:
- Practical work - Art - Knowledge of the economic, legal and social field - Hygiene - Applied Sciences.
General subjects:
- French.

Status:
The course is attended as part of a contrat de professionnalisation of 9 to 12 months.
 
Income of the trainee:
Attendance is paid according to the following grid showing percentages of the minimum wage in the hotel and catering industry :

How do you apply ?
- Apply at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller before mid-March (limited access after this date).
- A list of the approved companies will be given to the candidate after an interview.
