The aim of this European training is to offer young professionals a 520-hour specialisation in the hotel and catering industry, divided into 5 training modules. ::More info ::
It is also possible to undertake each of these modules in 5 different European countries on a 9-month duration or to attend training courses proposed by the continuing education catalogue of the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller. The participation to each of the European labelled training courses or to each of the modules results in a validation on a European level. The first training course validated by the Tourism Quality Qualification was implemented by the CEFPPA, from 4th to 6th February 2003, for 15 German trainees in the Zittau area and 15 Czech trainees at the hotel and catering school of TURNOV in the Czech Republic. The European Tourism Quality Pass was awarded the LEONARDO DA VINCI Award in Maastricht on 14th December 2004, by the Direction Générale of Education and the Action Culturelle of the European Commission. The CEFPPA Adrien Zeller intervened in continuing education for 50 German restaurant managers in October 2006, in a module entitled “Gastronomic specialisation, France and its terroirs”. The CEFPPA Adrien Zeller guided and managed this group during their professional stay in Normandy and in Champagne |
