European exchanges and training courses abroad

 
The CEFPPA Adrien Zeller has integrated the European dimension into its educational contract by organising European exchanges.
Implementing this scheme means applying for European subsidies as part of Community projects like Socrates, Comenius,Leonardo....

The exchanges aim at transfering language and professional skills.
Exchange of Baccalaureat Professionnel apprentices with young professionals from the Berufbildenschule 2 in Lüneburg (Hanover region, Northern Germany) in 1992.

Exchange of Baccalaureat Professionnel apprentices with young professionals from the Istituto Alberghiero Colombatto in Torino (Torino region, Northern Italy) in 1999/2000.
 
Exchange of Baccalaureat Professionnel apprentices with young professionals from the Collegio De Filippi in Arona (Torino region, Northern Italy) in 2000, 2002 and 2004 as part of the EUROPASS-Training.

Thanks to the MAESTR’AL grant, 21 apprentices in the 1st year of Baccalaureat Professionnel attended a training course in TORINO (Italy) in collaboration with the IISS Norberto Bobbio in Carignano (Italy) in February 2008.

The goal is to discover a different linguistic and cultural environment and to complete one’s training all through professional life.

The CEFPPA Adrien Zeller offers and organises professional training courses in Alsace for young people from hotel and catering schools abroad. Besides, these young professionals take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller by cooking gastronomic specialities from their regions.

2003: 20 young people from the hotel and catering school in CHESTE (Spain, Valencia region) carry out a training course in Alsace.

2004: 30 young people from the hotel and catering school in PALERMO and ARONA (Italy) carry out a training course in Alsace and take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller on the theme of Coffee.

2005: 20 young people from the hotel and catering schools in ZITTAU (Germany) and TURNOV (Czech Republic) carry out a training course in Alsace and take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA on the theme of Beer.

2006: 53 young people from the hotel and catering school IIS Norbert Bobbio in CARIGNANO (Italy) carry out a linguistic and professional training course in Alsace.

2006: 4 young people from the hotel and catering school Collegio De Filippi in ARONA (Italy), accompanied by chef Paolo MONTIGLIO and vice rector Stefano GRANDI, take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller on the theme of Fish.

2007: 4 young people from the hotel and catering school Collegio De Filippi in ARONA (Italy), accompanied by chef Paolo MONTIGLIO and vice rector Marie Luisa BIANCHI, take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller on the theme of Aromatic herbs and plants.

2008: 2 young people from the hotel and catering school Collegio De Filippi in ARONA (Italy), accompanied by chef Paolo MONTIGLIO and vice rector Marie Luisa BIANCHI, take part to the Open Day at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller on the theme of Chocolate.

2009: 2 jeunes de l’école hôtelière Collegio de Filippi de ARONA (Italie) accompagnés du chef Paolo MONTIGLIO, le responsable du service restauration et bar Luigi PATRONE et de la Preside Maria Luisa BIANCHI participent à la Journée portes Ouvertes autour du thème du RIZ.
