The European Class leads to a professional qualification, like a CAP in cooking or a CAP in restaurant service.
The class is composed of French youngsters and of youngsters coming from various European countries. Within the weekly timetable, several hours are allocated to activities which broaden one’s mind on the European dimension and enable the students to enrich their European culture. ![]() Among these activities, we can mention visits of the European institutions in Strasbourg and meetings with professionals of the catering industry in Germany.
