In collaboration with the IHK in Karlsruhe, some German professionals preparing a Brevet de Maîtrise attend a one-day training course at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller. Following this initiative, the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller was awarded the first prize of the Trophée Transfontalier 97 of the German and Alsatian Jeunes Chambres Economiques.

In collaboration with the IHK in Dresden, some professionals trained at the CEFPPA Adrien Zeller on very specific topics (service of cheese....). This event was repeated in autumn 1999 with a group of 24 German and Polish hotel keepers.

Since 2006, the 4 or 5 best young people graduated from a Baccalaureat Professionnel at the hotel and catering school IISS Norberto Bobbio in Carignano (Italy) have come to Alsace on a language and professional trip, subsidized by the Fondation CRT.
