DRC: how to use it?
Apprentices have the opportunity to go and work at the DRC twice in their training week. One hour enables them to carry out research work. Another one is supervised by the trainers. During this hour, apprentices are taught working methods and issues linked to their training can be discussed and dealt with. Apprentices can also come to the DRC at some other time, between two training weeks or during their break. Trainers use educational resources and tools from the DRC to prepare their classes.
A lot of books on Gastronomy, Engineering in Hotel-keeping, Law or Marketing are at the disposal of professionals who can come and consult the collection or professional periodicals in the DRC.

Computing.
The DRC is equipped with eight computers connected to the Internet and with word processing software. Some CD-Rom as well as various software of French, Maths, Gastronomy, Sciences, and Logic... enables you to improve your knowledge of these subjects. Apprentices are assisted to use these different tools and write professional or personal reports.
